Zynqora provides professional home renovation services including but not limited to:

Electrical and plumbing installations
Carpentry and joinery work
Project consultation and planning

All services are subject to separate written agreements that will specify the scope of work, timelines, materials, costs, and other project-specific terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for renovation services will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require a deposit before work commences, with progress payments tied to project milestones. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Late payment charges may apply as specified in project contracts.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design plans, and software, is the property of Zynqora d.o.o. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Any design plans or architectural drawings created by Zynqora remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of work performed and materials used. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues arising from materials supplied by the client. All warranty claims must be reported promptly and in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynqora d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or material shortages. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise delays and communicate with affected clients.

Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining high health and safety standards on all our projects. Clients must provide safe access to work areas and notify us of any known hazards. During renovation work, certain areas may be unsafe for occupants, and clients must follow our safety instructions and recommendations.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Split, Croatia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, we are willing to participate in mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any legal action must be commenced within two years of the date the cause of action arose.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our website ceases immediately. Termination of website access does not affect existing contractual obligations for renovation services, which shall be governed by the terms of individual project contracts.

Severability

The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
